I can't believe how close we are to June already! Time is flying by! We have lots to get done at school which is why today was a busy day.
We began with a Math word search which the students enjoyed, so much so that they didn't want to see the answers! Then it was on to Bible where we talked about how God created people so that we could depend on Him for our needs (Acts 17:25). This was followed by RW, where we spent some time on the Ch. 18 and 19 activities for Charlotte's Web, and then WW, where we headed down to the lab to continue research for our animal projects.
After recess the class had Music with Mr. Banman and then we had Math. Each grade finished up some work from the day prior and then the 4's went on to multiplying up to 9 x 20. The 3's continued expanding their knowledge on division.
Then we had lunch, and afterwards it was S.S. The class has been waiting for this class for a while because they were so keen to roleplay the Donnaconna/Cartier scene. Ask them to describe it for you if you are unfamiliar. :) We had a blast, and it's so fun to see learning happening in an active way like this!
The students ended their day with Library and P.E.
